Terms of Service
Plyven publishes two games. Each product has its own terms of service below — the same text shown inside that game.
The Case Files
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of The Case Files (“The Case Files”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our apps, website, and related services (the “Service”). The Case Files is an interactive mystery product for teens and adults.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using The Case Files, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
The Case Files is an interactive mystery and storytelling product with teen and adult case catalogs. Cases may include suspense, mature themes, or content not suitable for young children. We may add, change, or remove features, cases, limits, or availability at any time. Some features require a paid subscription or are subject to fair-use or plan limits shown in the app.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by law in your country or by our store listing) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may need a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Provide accurate registration information. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; harass others or submit illegal, hateful, or harmful content; attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our systems; reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law allows; abuse AI or audio features to generate prohibited content; share another person’s personal data without permission; or bypass plan limits, security, or payment controls.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans and benefits are described in the in-app paywall. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Native purchases are processed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat or the store. Prices may change for future renewals with notice as required by law or store rules.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the same channel you used (App Store subscriptions, Google Play subscriptions, or the Stripe customer portal). Closing your The Case Files account does not cancel store or Stripe billing by itself. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple, Google, or Stripe policy.
6. AI-generated content
Stories, dialogue, images, and audio may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or thematically mature depending on the case. The Service is for entertainment only. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, or for factual investigation outside the game.
7. Your content and our license
You retain rights in original text you type into the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including sending it to AI providers that power gameplay). You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
8. Our intellectual property
The Case Files name and branding, software, UI, case designs, and most game content are owned by us or our licensors. Except for limited rights to use the Service as offered in the app, no license is granted. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission.
9. Closing your account
You may close your account in Profile → Delete account. We soft-delete the account: it is deactivated, sessions end, and you cannot sign in with that account again (you may register later with the same email). We may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy. We may also suspend or close accounts for Terms violations or if we discontinue the Service.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY EUROS (EUR 50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived. Courts in Morocco have exclusive jurisdiction except where mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your local courts.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by revising them in the app and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Mystery Club
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (or the parent/guardian who creates the account) and the operator of Mystery Club (“Mystery Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern access to and use of our apps, website, and related services (the “Service”). Mystery Club is a kids- and family-oriented mystery club.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using Mystery Club, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree on behalf of yourself and the child who will use the account. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Mystery Club offers interactive mysteries and storytelling designed for children and families. We may add, change, or remove features, cases, limits, or availability at any time. Some features require a paid subscription or are subject to plan limits shown in the app.
3. Eligibility, parents, and accounts
A parent or guardian should create and manage the account for a child. You are responsible for login credentials and for all activity under the account, including a child’s use of the Service. Keep passwords confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Provide accurate registration information. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsupervised by a required guardian, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You (and any child using the account) agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; harass others or submit illegal, hateful, bullying, or harmful content; share personal details of the child or others beyond a club display name; attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our systems; reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law allows; abuse AI or audio features; or bypass plan limits, security, or payment controls.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans and benefits are described in the in-app paywall. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Native purchases are processed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat or the store. Prices may change for future renewals with notice as required by law or store rules. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made on devices under their control.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the same channel used to subscribe (App Store, Google Play, or the Stripe customer portal). Closing a Mystery Club account does not cancel store or Stripe billing by itself. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple, Google, or Stripe policy.
6. AI-generated content
Stories, dialogue, images, and audio may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and are intended as entertainment for a family audience. Outputs can still be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. The Service is for play and imagination only—not for homework answers, medical, legal, or other serious advice.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR ALWAYS APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY CHILD.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you (including a parent/guardian who registered the account) will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from misuse of the Service, submitted content, or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or child-protection rules in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
